The TSU Tigers regular football season has come to an end. The Tigers had one of their best seasons under Head coach Rod Reed, finishing 9-3 overall. With nine wins under their belt, the tigers have also punched their ticket into the FCS playoffs.

Transfer student, Jonathon Starks, elaborated on the tiger’s recent success.

“I feel they have did a pretty good job, they made it into the playoffs.. They’ve got a couple of wins behind them or what not, but its still a lot more to be accomplished once you’ve made it into the playoffs.”

This will be the tigers first post season appearance since 1986. The Tigers will be traveling to Indianapolis, Indiana to take on the Butler Bulldogs on Saturday November 30th.
